I think I’ve mentioned that I’ve worked on the water in one of my lifetimes and the symbol of that lifetime was the lighthouse. There is something to know about a lighthouse that all good mariners know.
There is a “Good Lighthouse” and a “Bad Lighthouse”.
The “Bad Light House” is one that, God forbid, shine so brightly as to “blind the mariner” to whereby his ship is wrecked on the rocks at the light house’s base.
The “Good light” house is the one whose light strikes the eye in “definite but changing tangents” in a way that the mariner finds his way with vision enough to not mistaken the lighthouse itself for “the way in itself” but rather, sight in dark uncharted waters.
Some “Good Light Houses”, shine to speak of “Danger” and others, of “Safe Harbor”.
So it is with word and we “Mariners of Mind”! …Pop’
